On 6/27 at 16:53, I picked up an order of 50 lbs of fresh porgy. I returned to Compare N Save location 5300 Sunset Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269, to return 5.85 lbs of fish that had been cleaned, but were bad.
They would not do an even exchange. What the seafood manager and store manager Alex did was weigh 5.85 lbs of croakers uncleaned to replace my purchase. So what I received was 3.08 lbs of cleaned croakers.
I don't usually buy my fish from Compare N Save, and after this experience, I don't foresee it happening again. Alex lied about the inventory, and the store manager Charlie was useless.

I BOUGHT A CARTRIDGE FOR A LASER PRINT AND THEY SENT A WRONG SIZE AND LATTER ON CLAIMED THAT I WAS THAT MAKE A MISTAKE. THE CARTRIDGE IS TOO LARGE FOR MY PRINTER.

Compandsave gives the wrong information about what ink works with what printer. Clearly the ink I bought does not work! They will not refund me! What a waste of money! Don't buy from here!
I purchased the lc75 bc the website said that it was the right ink. It was the wrong ink for my printer and I've got ink all over my hands.
This company won't refund me and they should be out of business. I lost my money and my time!

Order for my Brother printer. Ordered two sets of 4 cartridges.
Opened first black cartridge and ink exploded everywhere, on hands, on the wall and on the floor. Cleaned up mess and put of cartridge in the printer. Printer would not recognize the cartridge. I tried the second black cartridge (opened over the sink) and the same thing, ink exploded out of the cartridge.
Called for refund, sent all of the cartridges back.
They refunded only 90% of what I paid. Don't buy from this company
CompandSave and ComboInk Stink
These are the same company. They do not send what you order and claim that what they sent you is exactly the same as the one you ordered. Not true.
Save your paperwork for the tedious return and credit procedures.

What a unbelievable experience to place an order.
Last week I could NOT place an order and it was because of my email which hasn't changed. Now this week the same problem ONLY the customer service knew a LITTLE bit on how to help me.
It seems when having a problem and you call the proceed to try and work with you with the problem on line that is not working.
A little better customer service is required. I felt sorry for the rep that had to place my order as it is not his fault it is the lack of training.
The wording below in the agreement exemplifies your lack of class and professionalism.
Toner Doesn't Last Very Long
Bought a 2-Pack of TN-450, but the two combined didn't last very long. I'm not a high user, but got about 1/2 the printing from the 2-pack as 1 Brother TN-450.
But, shipping was fast. So if you only want fast shipping, buy it here. But, if you want to make several hundreds copies, buy the Real McCoy! I thought about saving money more than the quality, but with this two-pack, the quality was sacrificed to a significant extent.
So, I am never going to buy toner in the future that is compatible. I am only going to buy Brother for Brother and HP for HP Printers. Compare and Save does have a very attractive price for the two-pack and even provides free shipping for a Fifty Dollar order.
Now, the free shipping is also a lure that could be a Red Flag. Take it from this user; buy the Real Thing.

I have bought ink from this company for years for my business that requires a ton of printing. I buy at least $100 worth of ink per month from this business.
At first I had no problems at all and was quite satisfied with their product. However, things have changed in the past couple of months. They began sending me different ink cartridges that in my opinion are garbage. The black ink especially will constantly just quit printing and I have to soak the nozzles, then the ink is watered down, if it even prints at all.
I usually end up having to do this at least 5 different times with one black ink cartridge and even then it doesn't always work and I have to just throw the 1/2 used ink away. I'm very busy and I don't have the time to fight with my printer on a daily basis to print. I have contacted Compandsave numerous times and no one ever responds.
Or if they do they just give me the run around...asking for my cell number so they can call and then when I give it I never hear back from anyone. I don't usually leave reviews EVER, but this has just pissed me off and I'm going to find ink elsewhere, even if I have to pay more :( Don't waste your time!
As you can see from the picture, the black ink is 1/2 full but yet not printing out at all....happens at all the time.

I agree with you. The ink cartridges have changed and the quality has gone downhill.
(e.g. brand new yellow cartridge already dried up.) I use and HP Photosmart 7520.
